  • Lebanon: Delivered via our local courier partners.

  • International: Delivered through DHL, Aramex, or other reliable global carriers.

2. Delivery Time

  • Lebanon: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 2–5 business days.

  • International: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically in 7–14 business days(depending on customs and destination).

3. Delivery Fees

  • Lebanon: Delivery fees are fixed or calculated based on your area (details at checkout).

  • International: Fees depend on the destination and order weight/size, calculated at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

5. Order Tracking

  • For Lebanon: You will receive a confirmation message/call from the delivery company.

  • For international orders: A tracking number will be sent by email after shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Info@betterflow.me within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
