Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Sale items, gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
2. How to Request an Exchange

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a free exchange for the correct item.
4. Non-Refundable Policy
